Due to Turkey travel and delays in price dropping by DraftKings we were kind of handcuffed this morning. When this happens are fall back is always the CVGB. That is where we give you guys Cash, Value, GPP, and Bust plays for the slate. It’s less time consuming for us and still allows us to put out quality relevant content. Below we have the morning slate written up and the plan is to come back in the afternoon for the evening slate.
We have an awesome morning slate highlighted by a North Carolina-Alabama, a game that will be played at warp speed. As you can imagine many of our plays below are from that game finding cash, value and even GPP options.
One player that stood out to us, who we didn’t include below is St. Louis forward Hasahn French (F, 7800). He had a cool 73.5 DK last time out with a 21 points, 24 board, 4 assist, 7 block performance against Belmont. Can he 20/20 again today against Boston College? Would he be a cash play for you needing 31.2 DK to hit value? Maybe you think he is a bust? He only had 18.5 DK vs. Valpo.

Cash Plays
These are the steady eddies. Players with high floors that we expect to get 4x. Breein Tyree has the largest minute share on the team and 30+% usage and Tyree has 30+ DK in 3 of 5 games this year at a very reasonable price point. #BreeinofOleMiss. Kira Lewis has been under his 4x number once this year, and with this amazing 154 o/u it’s unlikely he doesn’t hit value. Jordan Goodwin is also someone we think will easily hit value. He’s averaging 34 DK on the season well over the 31.6 needed for value.

Value Plays
These are players under 4500 that we think will exceed 4x the value. Byrd likes Morsell, a top 50 freshmen has played 38 min in back to back games, including 19 real points in their last game. Maine is 301st in adjusted defense. Gibson Jimerson is more of a GPP play, but he has played 30+ minutes in his last two games with an 8x and 1.3x in them. Christian Keeling is our last value play, the more exposure to this game that we can get the better.

GPP Plays
With our GPP picks we are talking high ceiling guys. They need 5x to count as a win in our competition, but these are guys we think could potentially 6, 7, or 8x today. Lamar Stevens has gone 38, 46, and 43 in his last 3 on DK and with 29% shot percentage and ancillary production, he’s a fantastic late hammer on the early slate. Herb Jones looks to be fully recovered from his elbow injury that cost him a game and a half. He played 32 min last time out and actually has a higher usage when on the floor than Kira Lewis Jr. Finally, there is Myreon Jones from Penn State. The 6’3 sophomore is playing 73% of the minutes, 20% of the shots, 20+% assist rate, and has taken double digit shots in 3 of 5 games this season.

Bust Predictions
Bust plays are notable players we think will disappoint today. Players that will finish under their 4x price tag. We start with Steffon Mitchell of Boston College. SLU is a top 75 D and plays slow. Mitchell only takes 12% of the shots when he’s on the floor, which is crazy for a $7500 priced player. KJ Buffen is really a victim of circumstance. His price is reflective of his amazing start to the season, but the acclimation of Khadim Sy and return of Blake Hinson really cut into his minutes and opportunity. Our final bust is Mamadi Diakite who has only cleared 4x of his 7600 price point once this year also factor in Maine and Virginia have the 352nd and 353rd longest possession lengths in the nation there shouldn’t be a ton of opportunity.
